Common Questions

What Clients Often Ask

If you do not find your question here, please contact us directly.

Who can use your pension legal services? +

Any person living in Thailand who has concerns about their pension entitlements, or who has had benefits reduced or withheld, is welcome to contact us. We work with individuals approaching retirement as well as those already receiving a pension.

How long does a pension review or appeal typically take? +

A Pension Eligibility Review is usually completed within five to ten working days, depending on the volume of documents involved. Appeals vary — a straightforward case may take four to six weeks, while more complex matters can take longer. We keep you informed throughout.

Is my personal information kept private? +

Yes. Everything you share with us is treated in strict confidence. We hold all personal data securely and use it only for the purposes of your case, in accordance with applicable Thai data protection requirements.

Do I need to come to your office in person? +

An initial consultation can be arranged in person at our Bangkok office or by telephone, whichever you prefer. Some stages of a case may require you to sign documents in person; we will let you know in advance if that applies to your situation.

What documents should I bring or send first? +

A copy of your national ID or passport, any correspondence you have received about your pension, and any previous decisions or letters from the relevant authority are a good starting point. If you are unsure what to bring, simply contact us and we will help you prepare a checklist.

Are the fees fixed or do they change? +

The fees shown on this site are fixed for the standard scope of each service. If your case involves additional complexity that falls outside the standard scope, we will discuss any additional cost with you clearly and honestly before proceeding.
