Serving Bangkok Families Since 2009
Thammarak began as a small consultancy in Din Daeng, established by a team of legal professionals who had seen too many clients lose pension entitlements simply because the process was never properly explained to them. From the start, the practice chose to work with a limited number of clients at any one time, making it possible to give every matter the attention it deserves.
Over the years, the practice developed an approach that places the client at the centre of everything. Meetings are unhurried. Documentation is prepared carefully and thoroughly. Correspondence with authorities is clear and properly structured. And clients are kept informed at each stage, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Today, Thammarak handles pension eligibility reviews, appeals against reduced or withheld benefits, and the preparation of supporting records for individuals and families across Thailand. The team remains small by choice, because that is what makes the work possible at the standard we set for ourselves.

The Social Security Act, the Government Pension Fund, and various sector-specific retirement schemes each have their own rules, deadlines, and appeal procedures. When something goes wrong — when a benefit is reduced, delayed, or withheld — knowing where to turn is not always obvious.
Thammarak was set up to be a straightforward answer to that question. The practice focuses on three core areas: reviewing eligibility so clients understand what they are entitled to; preparing and submitting appeals when benefits have been affected; and organising the documentation that cases require. Within these areas, we have developed clear processes that keep things moving without adding unnecessary pressure.
Our office is located in Din Daeng, Bangkok, which places us within reach of clients across the metropolitan area. Consultations can be arranged in person or by telephone, and we are happy to adapt to the schedule and preference of each client. Written correspondence is handled promptly, and we aim to respond to enquiries within one working day.
